The main working part of the high frequency screen is a rotor with a hammer (also called a hammerhead). The motor drives the rotor to do high-speed rotation in the crushing cavity. The materials in the upper feeding mouth get into the machine, and then get beat, impact, shorn, ground and finally crushed by the high-speed moving hammer. A sieve plate with apertures is installed at the bottom of the rotor, through which the materials with a size less than the aperture size pass and the coarse materials with greater size than aperture remain on the sieve plate getting continuous beating and grinding from the hammer and finally come out from the sieve plat.
1. With high vibration frequency and low amplitude, the high frequency screen or high frequency vibrating screen can effectively reduce the surface tension of the pulp, which helps to separate and stratify of fine and heavy materials and to pass through the screen faster.
2. Using the laminated screen mesh with increasing single apertures. Fote high frequency vibrating screen can work longer and prevent themselves from blocking and abrasion.
3. Multiple channels to feed, high utilization rate of screen surface, large processing capacity, low power consumption.
4. Rubber spring supports the high frequency vibrating screen, prevents vibration and absorbs sound. Little noise, small dynamic load and dispense with concrete foundation
5. The high frequency screen adopts a new design and is a high efficiency sieving mechanical vibrating screen with a brand new structure.
6. The exciter does high frequency vibration on actuator driven screen surface, while the screen box doesn’t. Vibration system is designed to work in the near resonance state, and the whole machine after vibration attenuation allows the ground from the dynamic load. The high frequency vibrating screen can perform well once installed on the ground or ordinary steel structure platform without extra making procedures.
